A few months ago, I had the opportunity to try out the latest running technology, the Nurvv Run system. As someone who has been dealing with a long-term injury and working on improving the articulation of my foot joints, I was intrigued to see if these devices could make a difference.

The Nurvv Run system consists of insoles that are placed underneath your regular insoles, with sensors attached to the side of your shoe. Each insole contains 16 sensors that link to an app on your phone. Having relatively little pronation and a high arch, I was curious to see what the Nurvv Run system would reveal about my feet. To my surprise, the sensors confirmed that pronation was indeed occurring, particularly in my left foot, which explained some of the issues I had been experiencing in my right lateral chain.
